Vibrating V1 Alarm Watch with 15 Silent Alarms
How many reminders can I set?
You can set up to 15 vibrating alarms per day. These silent reminders can help you remember everyday tasks such as appointments, drinking water or taking a break.
How long does each alarm vibrate?
The first alarm vibrates for 40 seconds, and subsequent alarms vibrate for 20 seconds. Press either button to cancel an alarm.
How do I check the time and battery level?
Press the right button once to display the time, or twice to display the battery percentage.
How often should I charge it?
Charging takes approximately two hours using the included USB connector. We recommend charging weekly, and when the battery reaches 30% to help avoid losing settings. Frequent alarms and display use can reduce battery life.
Is the V1 watch waterproof?
No. It is splash-proof, not waterproof, so avoid immersing it in water.

Oricom Phones
Which Oricom phone should I choose?
For a corded phone with picture dialling, consider the CARE80S, which has six picture memory buttons, amplified receiver volume and a visual ring indicator. The TP58 is a corded big-button speakerphone with high-contrast keys and six one-touch memories. For cordless use, the CARE620-1 offers volume boost and a visual ring indicator. The CARE900-1 adds an answering machine, while the CARE920-1 combines a corded phone with a cordless handset and answering machine.
Which models are hearing-aid compatible?
The CARE80S, CARE620, CARE900, CARE920 and EZY7510 mobile are listed as hearing-aid and T-coil compatible. Features vary by model, so check the individual listing and ask us if you need help matching a phone to your hearing needs.
Can I add extra cordless handsets?
The CARE620, CARE900 and CARE920 systems support up to four cordless handsets. Choose an additional handset specifically listed for your system: the CARE620 additional handset or the extra handset for CARE900 and CARE920. A CARE620 pack with an additional handset is also listed.
Do you offer an easy-to-use mobile phone?
The Oricom EZY7510 flip mobile has 4G capability, a high-contrast talking keypad, loud ringer, amplified receiver volume and an SOS button that can alert designated contacts. Check network compatibility with your mobile provider before buying, and follow the instructions to configure and test the SOS feature.
Will I need a telephone socket adaptor?
The home-phone listings specify an RJ11–RJ11 connection cord. If your wall socket uses the older BT-style connection, you will need an RJ11–BT adaptor. Ask us if you are unsure which connection you have.
Will a home phone work during a power cut?
Do not assume it will. The CARE620 pack and additional-handset listings warn that calls may not be possible during a power outage when connected through fibre. Check your particular phone setup and backup options with your telephone service provider.
Agrippa Pillow Fire Alarm
How does the Agrippa pillow fire alarm work?
The Agrippa uses ‘listen and learn’ technology to recognise the sound of a specific fire alarm. When that alarm sounds, the pillow pad vibrates, high-intensity LED lights flash and the LCD screen displays ‘fire’.
Where does the vibrating pad go?
The pad attachment goes under your pillow to provide a vibrating alert.
Does it detect smoke itself?
It listens for the sound of an existing fire alarm rather than detecting smoke itself. Follow the product instructions to teach it the specific alarm sound and test its operation.
Is it portable?
Yes. The battery-powered unit is portable and requires no fixed installation. It is listed for hotels, motels and overnight staff. When moving it, follow the instructions to ensure it recognises the fire alarm in its new location.
What batteries does it use?
It uses standard AA batteries and provides a visual low-battery warning.
Does it have an alarm clock function?
Yes. It has a time display and an alarm clock function.
